The MTIP Innovation Readiness Series is a collection of workshops that will teach you how to tackle market research for high-tech innovations and how to prepare well-crafted and persuasive SBIR/STTR proposals.

Market Research for early-stage technology researchers and inventors

MTIP half-day market research workshops help early-stage technology researchers prepare and validate a strong business case for their innovation in preparation to submit competitive proposals for federal funding like the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.

SBIR/STTR Proposal Writing (DoD and NIH emphasis)

Our full-day SBIR/STTR proposal writing workshops are presented by Jim Greenwood and will teach skills appropriate for all agencies, including the Department of Defense, Energy, National Institutes of Health, NASA, or the National Science Foundation. In order to provide specific examples and guidance, we will focus on DoD for the Bozeman workshop and on NIH for the workshop in Missoula. Registration buttons will link to Eventbrite registration pages.
